IT'S SUMMERTIME!!

Sorry I've been quiet for a while.  I've been meaning to share this piece but the summer fun has hit and the distractions happened.  Trying to get back on track.

In celebration of summer I was determined to create a piece that reminded me of the beach!  The coloring of these earrings make me feel like I should be sitting somewhere on a beach in the shade and sipping on a cold drink.

These sterling silver dangle earrings are made up of blue green wire wrapped amazonite stones.  Dangling from the stone is a pretty faceted cherry quartz accented by crystals and a freshwater pearl.

Pink Kitty Cat Crystal Lampwork Handmade Necklace

I have a tendency to buy cute beads then figure out what to do with them. This piece is a prime example of my horrible habit of doing just that. Several years ago I found these cute kitty glass beads that I absolutely fell in love with. I purchased some and then stashed them away for a rainy day because I couldn't think of a creative way to use them. I stumbled across the beads recently and decided I needed to change that, thus this necklace was born.
